Currently in my 18th month as a client of Arch Angel Brow (Somerset), I'm pleased to rate it 5 stars for its cozy environment and considerate staff. They are also generous when it comes to promotions. It's worth noting that they never resort to hard-selling tactics and maintain their excellent service, even if you decline their package offers. On those 18 months, I also had some few concerns, but they listen and try to solve it every time. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Jesmine, my therapist most of the time since Dec 2022, for her outstanding qualities: Consistency - Jesmine consistently delivers excellent service during every session. I always leave feeling great after her facial treatments. Reliability - Jesmine has quickly gained my trust because of her unwavering commitment to her work. She’s not only skilled but also transparent and dependable. Whenever I have questions or concerns, I know I can count on her. I am a happy client.

Discovered Arch Angel through Instagram. After Kelly designed and meticulously reshaped my brow, it brought immediate changes to my face shape. I was so pleased with the results, I asked to try out their facial services. 1st facial session was with Eva and it was very good. She is patient, meticulous and skillful. After each session, my face feels firmer and brighter. After that session, I signed on a bigger package with Arch Angel. They don't hard sell other facial product after each facial session, allowing me to be relaxed and happy after my facial.
